Introduction to Naname @ The Taiko Centre, Hannahs at Seale Hayne

A fun workshop learning the basics and fundamentals of the naname (slant-stand) style of playing taiko and very different to the normal ‘downstand’ style of playing. This workshop will include various drills as well as short melody patterns.  Places must be booked in advance by emailing info@kagemusha.com. Not suitable for complete beginners.

Seen taiko and now want to do it? Our Taste of Taiko workshops are perfect for complete beginners who want to give this great performing art a go. This two hour workshop at our Taiko Centre at Hannahs at Seale Hayne teaches you the basics and fundamentals, as well as a bit of history of taiko.
